1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of DramaTV+ (www.dramatvplus.com), a short-drama streaming service operated by LinkHunk Globle Limited. By using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

DramaTV+ offers short drama series for online viewing. Some episodes are free; the full catalog is available with a paid VIP subscription. The catalog, episode list and pricing may change as the service develops. We may add, remove or modify content and features at any time.

3. Your account

To use personal features you need an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. VIP subscriptions and payment

VIP subscriptions are paid in Russian rubles (₽). Payment is made through the payment channels offered at checkout — a transfer via a Russian licensed bank or an authorized payment channel. The exact amount due, including the kopecks, is shown on the payment page and must be transferred in full. A subscription is activated after the payment is confirmed against the payment channel records.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. If you buy a new plan while an active one is running, the new plan extends your access from the current expiry date, so no remaining days are lost.

5. Refunds

Because access opens immediately after activation, VIP subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. Where a refund is due, it is returned in rubles to the same payment details the payment came from. If a payment was made in error or a technical fault blocked your access, write to service@dramatvplus.com and we will review the case.

6. Acceptable use

You may not share account credentials with others, resell access, try to bypass payment or access restrictions, download or redistribute our videos, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All videos, subtitles, images, texts and other materials on the service are protected by copyright and belong to LinkHunk Globle Limited or their respective right holders. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current VIP subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
