1. Who we are
DramaTV+ (www.dramatvplus.com) is a short-drama streaming service operated by LinkHunk Globle Limited ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the service and what we do with it.
2. Data we collect
• Account data: your email address and password. Passwords are stored
only as secure hashes and are never visible to anyone, including us.
• Usage data: viewing history, favorites, series you follow and episode
progress. This powers resume-watching and your personal lists.
• Technical data: your IP address, used for security, rate limiting and
abuse prevention (for example, protection against password guessing).
3. Payments
VIP subscriptions are paid in Russian rubles through Russian licensed banks or authorized payment channels. We do not collect or store your bank card details and have no access to them. For each order we keep only the payment information generated by the payment channel: the transaction amount, the date and time of the transaction, the payment channel identifier, and the order status.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and maintain the service, personalize your lists and playback progress, process VIP payments, keep the service secure, and send you service emails — address verification codes, password resets and replies to your requests. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and the service working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies at this time; if this changes, this Policy will be updated first.
6. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Viewing history, favorites and subscriptions are kept so your lists and playback progress survive between visits. Payment records are kept for accounting purposes for as long as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to service@dramatvplus.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except records we are legally required to keep.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
